Any soldier in Iraq is more qualified than Obama to make this call.

You don't know how this country works, do you? No soldier, not even the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, is qualified to make that call. We have a civilian government with civilian priorities, we're not a military dictatorship yet Mr. Ray. But keep working on it.

Its quite remarkable how he is willing to ignore important facts like the one you are citing. I think democracy to these guys is something you can move around to fit your mood.
