I'll tell you the best we can hope for is the following:

Corel Computer VNC is a hit and Corel is able to hook some big contracts. The Revenue from these deals is significant and CCC goes Public.

The IPO raises a ton of money based on "HYPE".

Corel gets maybe 20 to 25% proceeds form the IPO.

The proceeds give Corel one heck of a bottom line.

Stock price goes to 3X sales

I bail out!

Corel Concentrates on Profit with its existing software products. It does not try to use Shareholder Capital to fight a non-winning war with MS. It does what is does good and makes mucho mula doing it.
