Damage finance oligarchies did: pulled the plug on Germany on the thirties. Germany could no longer pay reparations. You know the result. Pulled the plug on the countries thta had borrowed recycled petrodollars in 1982. Debt crisis ensued with the known results. Can you imagine living in a country where, in one side you have: the military-industrial complex in the other side you have Wall Street?
