Good News!!! The Las Vegas Court has signed court documents which are now in the hands of the "good guys" that set the date of record as MAY 1, 2008 and reaffirm that the stockholders meeting will take place in MICHIGAN before August 31, 2008. What this means is that current management is in contempt of court. Schwanitz is standing by with a team of real businessmen who like the average stockholder paid money for their stock so they have a vested interest in the success of ACII and they will turn this company around. There will not be a bankruptcy and all the give away stock issued after May 1st HAS BEEN FROZEN BY COURT ORDER AND WILL EVENTUALLY BE RETURNED TO ACII.

Keep track of the county D.A., the good guys have returned to his office in person. Also, many of you stockholders are unsung heroes who have kept up internet contact with various Michigan State agencies....also the same thing is being done in the North. Keep in contact as often as you can.

This is not the beginning of the end of those who could care less about stockholders but the Las Vegas Court Order is the end of the beginning. Depending on what comes out of the Plymouth Court will determine our fate and that of the "good guys". When you have a chance to study the evidence, it is overwhelming before the Plymouth Court.
