I refer to 'Recall' as the 'rearranging the chairs around the table'.

The present system needs a recall, which is a new economic world order, by consensus.

That will mean Canada and Italy, unceremoniously booted off the G-8. Bringing along Russia, China and India.

That only will be brought about by the only thing that makes governments move: popular pressure. Governments and the elites that compose them need the ignorance factor to be there. Else lessening ignorance means diminishing the power of the elites.

The ignorant masses have to be kept in the belief that there is something like 'rule of the law', 'freedom', 'democracy'...

Oligarchies compete inside their own countries, -as industry battled finance in the US (and lost) - but align with other foreign oligarchies.

Like Brazil's Paulo Lehman of inBev being a friend of the owner of 5% of Anheuser Busch Warren Buffet
