I'm not sure.......? We welcomed her and her family to the neighborhood when they first moved in, but when she had a problem with our dog, she called the dog catcher instead of coming over and telling us what was going on. I would have immediately solved the problem.

They came from a farm out east of us, and act like farmers. The ex son in law was living with them, Then all kinds of relatives moved in and there were junk cars out front. We have covenants, so they had to move those. She never waves. They had a sweet old dog that was tied up to an old dog house for years, and never taken for a walk. One day he got loose and came over to say hi to us...........sweetest old fella, but mangy looking with matted hair and stinky. He'd bark at the hot air balloons when they went over, so we knew he was still there. Haven't heard him in a couple of years, so I guess he's dead? The neighbor to the left of them was really concerned about the poor fellow and said he'd go over and brush his hair and give him treats.

I just get really angry when people have an animal that they pretty much neglect. That sweet old fellow just wanted some love, but he sure didn't get any from that cold old lady.
