Augie; Walsh and Felderhoff do not have a care in the world. They have enough money salted away to spend a million a year for the rest of their lives. Walsh is criminally unassailable as that report will be the "reasonable doubt" needed to exculpate him from criminal charges. A bit of his time will be wasted, but Felderhoff doubtless has his safely funded away from and attackable country. In his shoes I would spend BRE-X funds until it ran out, and then not defend at all, and let defaults judgements accrue. Lavalin and Kilborn must be sweating though, along with their insurers, and doubtless preservative actions have been taken. Bill
