A client recently asked if I'd update my opinion on the degree of systemics in the trade.

Based on what we've seen, the market is operating at above the 98% level for systemic content.

There are no market prices. Which reflects disconnected Supply & Demand.

Computers add and subtract as needed to regulate gross bottom lines.

Imbalances have gotten larger, not smaller as evidenced by our Free float work.

News only matters when its a calculation of rationalizing striping market cap.

Good news is always faded, as the out of balance states in force, cant be moved to fade the prevailing intent of attached systemics.

The sheer amount of Naked shorts holding back all the little guys is a testament to the failure by the SEC to rein in outright fraud.

We have issues that dont trade for days, because there are no sellers. Dont matter. Placing new orders might raise to an ask, but will be stripped in a few days as if religion.

The broker dealers locate nothing, indicating they've sold themselves to the fees being paid for locates, using all investor shares as thier own. Price suppression to facilitate accumulation on behalf of clients providing fees.

Moving averages of volume continue in decline, all buying is faded. 3 day flurries twice a month account for large % of total monthly volume per issue.

The trade is locked up within a complex of inertia, this shows up in the form of ignoring any positives while using any negatives to rationalize what ever larceny is in thier sights.
