Everything is factored into the market price, Kevin. Change to expected conditions is what changes the price.

If China's economy unexpectedly changes, if Toyota introduces a 100 MPG vehicle, if the dollar strengthens, if drilling bans are lifted -- all of them have an effect on the price of oil.
