I did the proxy vote online, it was very easy. Thanks Barclay. It's our time as shareholders to at least try and make a difference. It's time for a change because things obviously having been working out over the past several years. Current management can't say they were given a chance, it just didn't work out so it's time to move on. EVERYBODY NEEDS TO VOTE. Don't wait until the last minute, do it now. Proposal 1. Withhold all nominees Proposal 2. Against I feel like a politician.
