Barkley, I voted through my broker online as well and I with held my votes from all the names(255,000 shares). If VV6000 is correct, then those 70 million shares issued after May 1 will not count in the vote. Has anyone gone by the ACII plant to see if it is still running a crew inside? I hope that the Eaton contract has been finished. gsm1951
