flickerful, steven, ALL. if you didn't like today's action and have ample reason to be concerned about the "fishyness" of the trading, you can complain to the Nasdaq. Do they listen? most certainly. you're their customer. the market makers work for them, the Nasdaq works for you. complain. it is definitely heard by someone.

as in anything, the squeaky wheel will get the grease. you may have an inordinate number of makers going short on CYMI, and if the NASDQ takes your complaint to them, they sometimes adjust their books. they don't want any problems.
