The term heating effect is an off the mark description. Just as Greenhouse effect is an off the mark description. The effect of Greenhouse gases is the delay of the transfer of heat from the Earth to space. The most accurate name is the Cooling delay effect. The ability of CO2 in trace amounts of 1 in 10,000 to change the Cooling delay effect of the atmosphere by 1 part in 10 is non-existant and the invention of laws of physics that do not exist. This is the Magic CO2 effect. The Magic CO2 effect of the IPCC predict a temperature fingerprint, the fingerprint is non-existent. The Magic CO2 effect of the IPCC is non-existent.
