If you believe you can get it into production with that political climate with the money you can raise. Reality is it will cost 500 million and 100 million spent on the government. Maybe more. ARU cannot raise it by itself. That is what the market was telling them that we did not hear. When they went dog and pony they were told probably go shoo fly. Kinross can afford the loss if Ecuador gets crazy. Big companies are like countries. I will bet K does not get beat like ARU would for that extra tax. They will "negotiate". I would not bet on PDI! EC<:-}
