Is there any confidence here that Rehfeld, Ullom and Pacquette are capable of stabilizing company? Does anyone here think Gaskins recent declarations that demand for LACC is increasing, and that shipping and revenue are trending up per his June 300,000 comment? Still hard to believe it is legal under SEC regulations for a company to just announce any damn thing they want with any shred of reality? But like everyone here, I will follow this like a vulture and see if it survives and morphs into a legit business. Biggest Myth as yet dispelled: IS LACC COMMERCIALLY VIABLE AND RUNNING ORDERS FOR BLUE CHIP CUSTOMERS? If Eaton or Cat orders were cancelled, why wasn't ACII required to PR this event? Rhonda ALWAYS said LACC works and has been producing parts. again, is that legal?
