That's true.

Could be. I don't think they believed him. If for no other reason, it would have made great propaganda. Certainly there would have been those who didn't care. Jews weren't held in high esteem in many countries.

Where did I blame the Germans? Even if they had known what was going on beyond any shadow of a doubt, what could they have done? The Nazis weren't exactly the most tolerant of people.
