Hi Jim, re: "In the meantime, spectrum allocation is presently inappropriate,..." Are you making a similar existence-related comment to mine (that there aren't 2x100MHz blocks available, times a couple contiguous blocks for competition purposes, and in the same locations worldwide), or something different? There are a lot of different aspects of spectrum allocation where the "inappropriate" label could be attached, is why I ask.
