Excellent comments IAC, Thanks, and I agree Russia would concern me more than S.A.. The one saving grace in S.A. is that Brazil, Chile an even Peru are doing better than most with freer markets.
Argentina too, but more restrictions there. That seems to be why Ecuador was looking to Chile for help on the new mining law.

We will have to see what unfolds.
