Barclay, even if Marc has the advantage, I believe it would be a suicide mission for all of his followers to vote to keep on the board. After all, they know what's happening and Marc should be indicted for his actions with the company. If he goes down, all the rest will go with him. I just hope the forensic accounting team gets their job done before the shareholders meeting. If the LACC process is for real then Marc is going to lose out on hundreds of millions of dollars, rather than the few that he is trying to steal now or has already stolen. Apparently he was a non believer since day one and just wanted to rip this company apart for his own and his friends gains. I really want this company to survive because this process is revolutionary to the industry. And I still believe there is some type of outside influence to this whole ordeal. Just my opinion.
