That should give the jerks at OPEC a case of terminal diaper rash. The rest of the world can run on 'pond scum' ( and the left-overs make good animal feed and feedstock for Methane producing digesters ).

The Arabs' millions of square miles of sand can't hold water without rubber liners and very expensive anti-evaporation covers. Plus they have practically no fresh or non-potable water to start large scale algae ponding systems with..!!
