Hi ftth, China, Japan and Korea proposed to use 3.1-4.9 GHz for IMT-Advanced - plenty of incumbents, plenty of spectrum. As for big spectrum blocks, the Loea proceeding led to 2x5 GHz blocks ;-) and 2.9 GHz in addition to the blocks. petere
