I am curious about the price of one dollar per share posted on the form 144's listed. I think this subject has been discussed on this thread but I am unclear about the outcome of the discussion.

Are the sellers planning to sell the shares for one dollar per share? Is this "restricted" stock worth something other than a share of common stock? Why is it restricted?
