the deal is evaluated by a special committee of three members of its board. Well that's sure being proactive! What the rest of the board is on vacation? There are times when a special committee is the way to go - but on this the entire board should be looking at all options and doing some real THINKING. Roche already has 454, now they want DNA and the best DNA can do is muster a three person committee? This sucks! First Bud and now DNA - we are selling off America piece by piece because our dollar is barely worth more than toilet paper. steve
