While maybe an over-simplification, I look at Bre-X as the turning point for junior dirt diggers. It was a game changing event. Add to this the now "free for all" access to information / trading platforms / systems and you get the mess we are in now. Everyone and his grandmother has become a trader. I liked the good old days when access to real time would run you about $350 a month.
