Ya, not a company I follow, so I admit it was a shot from the hip. But my political comment about the selling of America bit by bit is what makes me both pissed and sad. I also think that if the American dollar doesn't do a turn around rather soon, this is not the last of buying up America that we will see. Many foreign countries are dripping with American dollars sent to them for their energy - and there is little that will change that in the near term IMO.

I would go on to argue that a BOD made up of only 7 when three are tied to Roche is wrong. Jeepers this is to invite problems. The whole idea of a BOD is to be diverse.
