Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) is proud of his brother, Abongo ‘Roy’ Obama, who converted to Islam from Christianity. Sounds innocent enough if you read the Examiner.com article about Obama’s ties to his African family and their mixed religious backgrounds.
Here’s what the Examiner (D.C.) reported on Jan. 29, 2007 about Obama and his affection for brother, Roy:
