So you think you can win a decisive victory against terrorists? I personally don't believe that is possible. History tells us otherwise. The best we can do is tamp it down to a low level and marginalize their impact. Look at the FARC, Tamil Tigers, or even the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Those types of conflicts go on forever. We do not want to get involved in something like that. It will bankrupt us, not to mention costing thousands of American lives.
