Ah Mqurice - I didn't know what you meant the first time you mentioned "subscriber pricing by auction" but now that you menion the example with "FREE CALLING" sign I can follow you. Sure, I use things that are Free a lot more - witness S.I. Sounds good to me - especially perhaps combined with Nextwave Local Cell Pricing as suggested by qnittanylion . The one thing I wonder about though is whether the electronics to allow real time auctioning and signalling to phones would be expensive.
