Alton,

I have no further position here, long or short and I don't have to create "Panic Selling", the company seems to be just fine creating there own "10/17 16:40-DJ: Another Hldr Suit Filed Against Children's Place Retail".
Regardless, with only 161k shares traded today it hardly seemed like Panic to me.
Will I short it Monday? Nope, Old news monday.
As far as Legg Mason, who cares?? I saw no major Blocks of support for this today on my screen. You figure out the rest.
