Yep. Strickland's compensation for being a part-time CEO of a $30 million company will be $820K. What's more laughable, is that Ampex is barely a "substantial entity" according their post-bankruptcy HSA terms. Hillside seems to want to make Ampex quite an insubstantial entity as they hope to chain their $40-$60 million PBGC pension obligations onto Ampex.
