My bet is “no,” because the great communicator isn’t.

The speech in Berlin was nothing special, at all. A total let down.

OTOH, his appearance in France really gave him a more presidential appearance. My bet is that he will see a little bounce in polls from the stop in France (unlike the the previous stops).
