Who wouldn't? The definition of victory is what is at issue. Your victory is a Pyhrric one, however, where the US goes into bankruptcy to fight an elusive foe for decades. My idea of victory is defining a battlefield different than the one the terrorists want us to fight on. One that focuses on making oil irrelevant and one that denies funding to the terrorists...funding that gives them power in the first place. Right now, we are literally funding both sides on the war on terror.
