It was, and still is, my contention. You have made it clear that the only response you consider to be "substantial" is an invasion.

Right. I suppose that, again, the only response you consider to be "substantial" to the mere suspicion of possession of WMD is an invasion?

I stand by my thesis that anyone who considers overs 37 tons of high explosive delivered by precision guided munitions to be "unsubstantial" is a freaking idiot. Or blindly partisan. Possibly both.

We know for a fact it had an effect. We have verified proof that Saddam scaled back his programs in the wake of that response. We had a lot of evidence before, but now we have the proof. You can dance and sing and wave your fans, but that, at least, happened.
