Because, you know, one is 16 months and the other is 16 months... It is obvious. If you are a wingnut. I am sure that i-node, harris and the rest will be praising McCain for taking this difficult stance. And this really isn't a flip-flop, but a principled adjustment of policy based on changing reality. The change being, of course, that Maliki cut the legs out from under his previous stance.
