Since he predicted DOW 36,000 in 1999, is this a contrary indicator? His point about the Boomer generation becoming capital consumers is a valid one though - have we crossed the Rubicon on several fronts? Peak oil? Boomer capital suppliers becoming capital consumers? Waning GSE influence?
