Competing bid for ARU-will depend on the date of closure . I could not find a date for closing the bid , maybe I am missing a announcement or something , but what I have read so far is incomplete and leaves too many details unanswered .
YZC- competing bid came in about 4 weeks after the first mickey mouse bid. First bid was for share exchange , second bid was cash . Was easy to make money from that little deal.
