The 15 million ARU that K is getting to vote with.....Even though I think this is nuts, to get stock at $4.75 considering they were about to bid $8.20 according to them.
Doesn't a PP have a 4 month hold? I assume this should include voting rights as well as sale rights.
How many corners can these guys cut?
