It's possible to stop consuming. Stop driving. Stop borrowing. Stop spending. It's possible. I don't know if it's likely. But that hurts the govt. If your car gets 20 miles/gallon. You're paying the govt a nickle every mile you drive.
If you stop drinking govt subsidized milk i guess those people lose their job.
If you stop standing in line at the secretary of state office to buy a new corporate shell i guess those people and those buildings don't get built any more.
Oh it's possible. Everybody has to get on the same wavelength. A good ol' fashion boycott. Pretty much we just gotta STOP doing the things we've always done. If nothing else you get the satisfaction of knowing you're not helping support the machine.
