Err no, you have to produce your original scale DD plot from which you are extrapolating otherwise it's just a fantasy. it likely is below 0.10 by now. Not in the real world. AMD's ideal long-term targets for 45nm down to 22nm is 0.3 which is a DD that's a little above world class but realistic. cnse.albany.edu solid-state.com
