I can't tell if you are being sarcastic or not- but you don't HAVE to be convinced.

I have no problem with people through legitimate channels seeking to maintain standards, but I think it's important to look at those standards as carefully as possible to ascertain if we are reacting to a personal, but perhaps not entirely logical or fair, belief. This is where I see the gay marriage logic sometimes fall apart. It is too often based on a religious belief or on fear of "where it might lead", than on the actual question of whether it qualifies as discrimination.
