The irony of the gay marriage debate is that gays were bashed for decades for promiscuity and undermining the social fabric with that lifestyle; now that hundreds of thousands of them want a faithful, monogamous legal relationship, that too is going to undermine American society. Both views will end up on the dust heap of history in the near future. Hearing about your kids and Syb's kids and my niece and nephew, I have every confidence that the last bit of discrimination on that topic will be largely swept away by the generations. It is on its last legs now.
