Can you tell me which products VTSS makes in GaAs that
cannot be made in Silicon. (Also do you have information
about the size of these markets and the profit margin on
these products.)

What little I know about GaAs tells me that it is
difficult to process (read low yield) and its only real
advantage over silicon is that it works better at microwave
frequencies. It seems to me that most of the products in
the 1 - 2Ghz LAN type applications can be done in Silicon.
When these chips come out will VTSS still look so attractive.
