Sam, You can get a general idea about the share dilution problem if you go back and read a previous post of mine #31978. I do suggest that you do your own DD and read Syquest's recent press releases and SEC filings. Shares issued and outstanding are significantly increasing each quarter now; Note - the most current on-line investment info sites are all unable to keep up.

"If you expect the management and product to improve, what is your forecast for the stock?"

Well that's a good question. I'll answer this way: I believe Syquest will continue as a going concern for the forseeable future. I believe the Rocket and SparQ are real products. I expect the company will not reach break even until the September 1998 quarter. I don't think they will ever seriously compete in the floppy replacement market.
