Maybe. Maybe not. That wasn't the original subject and you know it. There is no maybe. I'm sorry, but those of you claim the surge didn't work are on the losing side of the issue. It is not surprising that you are unwilling to give credit to our military for their success. After all, politics before country, right? This kind of crap is to be expected from a Pondscum Parsons. But it would seem there should be at least one person on the left on this thread who is willing to be intellectually honest about the situation. Everyone knows the surge worked. There isn't any doubt about it. Yet, the Left wants to co-opt the issue by claiming it was something else. But before the surge took full effect, everyone was quite willing to call it failure, that's for sure. Now that it has succeeded, it seems nobody here wants to credit out military with its success. I think it one of the more sorry positions I've seen the Left take.
