engineer. The difference is mainly between GSM (or any other TDMA modulation) and both CDMA/WCDMA(FDD). Since in CDMA/WCDMA the TX is always on while in GSM is on only during a time slot (up to 3 out of 8), the average power in GSM is lower (while peak power is higher). The highest SAR is always in W/CDMA system, EIRP and radiated emissions will be based on antenna deign (but you must meet SAR spec's). Regards Amots
