Dan, I have more basic questions about the language of the news today.

1) An 'unnamed third party' gives Docucon X dollars and they receive the Feurstein division. Fine.

2) Docucon has '...entered into a letter of intent with an unnamed investor in connection with a possible recapitalization of the Company...'. What exactly occurs when a company is recapitalized? Is there an exchange of cash? Does the Company continue to exist? How is it different from the previous incarnation?

3) What is meant by the idea that the net proceeds will distributed to shareholders? Is this essentially equivalent to a 100+% dividend (using the figures given and today's closing price)?.

4) The 8% ownership. I need light shed on this too. Who would own the other 92%? Is this percentage of public ownership much different then the current situation? Sounds to me like someone wants to take Docucon private.
