There is a lot of talk about who to keep and not keep, about who is good and who is not. I think suppliers past and present, customers past and present, and employees past and present would be the best source of who to keep and not keep, who is good who is not. From what I can see and find out, Americhip has always been poorly operated including the current management. Nothing ever seems to come to completion. Bills go unpaid, good suppliers lost and good employees leave. I have been a lurker here for quite some time and listen to all the speculations. Why not try to contact some of the above, suppliers, customers, and employees and see what they think. We may all be very shocked by what we would hear.
