Atkins worked very well for me and took me from 310 to the 250 I'm at now. I would say I'm in a quasi maintenance phase though I eat carbs now as I just really enjoy a pizza now and again. I make my own from scratch so there isn't any sugar's involved but still. At any rate I'm about to take the final plunge myself and see if I can't hit that 200 mark also. I've maintained 250 for about 3 years now within a pound or two so I'm confident I can maintain 200 as well.

It works well Bill and like quitting smoking after about 3 days you don't miss the carbs at all in my experience.
