Recs: 1 Who is better for Evergreen, Obama or McCain?
Here is an interesting article regarding the energy plans of each presidential candidate:

marketwatch.com

I couldn't help but notice that both candidates list "Develop clean-coal technology" in their platforms. It's also obvious that both candidates are interested in reducing carbon emissions - or at least that's what they're saying in public.

As the article states: "There is something unusual, though, in that this election marks the first in which both presidential candidates are taking the energy issue seriously..."

So who do you guys think would create the best political environment for Evergreen to prosper? I'm not looking to start a riot here, just stimulate some conversation with regards to how presidential politics will impact the future of Evergreen. Traditionally the Republicans have been the most business-friendly party, but the Democrats have a better record on environmental issues. And this is a company focused on environmental products and services. On the surface it looks like a toss-up as to which candidate would be best for Evergreen, but all opinions are welcome......
