20mg of Carb gets you a cup of spinach and some lettuce.

As Lane said, cup of spinach is a lot less than 20g. According to this site, a cup of raw spinach is only 1g of carbs, effective carbs (minus fiber) is only half a gram:

I am not quite sure how to accurately measure a cup of spinach. It depends on how tightly you squeeze it in. But in any case, you can go wild on spinach without having to worry about exceeding your carb limit...
